After university I decided I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and helping home buyers secure a solid real estate investment became the realization of that vision. I quickly set my sights on entering the pre-construction real estate market since I recognized it was the best way to provide value for my clients. Over years of hard work I have developed strong relationships with many of Toronto’s most prominent builders, like anything in life, having the right connections opens doors to opportunities, so is the case in the pre-construction real estate market. Most buildings are launched for sale quietly, not to the general public, not to the general agent community, not even to the builders friends and family but to a select group of what’s called Platinum VIP agents who are able to generate many sales for the builders in a short period of time and allow the builder to achieve financing targets quickly.
Providing value for my clients is the main objective of my real estate services, be it in the form of information or practical know how, aligning my clients goals with mine allows me to create relationships that span over years well beyond the initial transaction.
